Kredox 4X reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any service, account, or access at our sole discretion if any activity violates our policies, security standards, or operational guidelines.

Any abusive, threatening, misleading, or inappropriate behavior toward our support team, live chat representatives, or staff members may result in immediate account suspension.

Server & Hosting Rules

• Any attempt to exploit, damage, or gain unauthorized access to servers is strictly prohibited.
• Malicious scripts, phishing pages, viruses, trojans, or harmful bots are not allowed.
• Spam-related activities, mass mailing, and bulk messaging services are forbidden.
• Resource abuse, excessive cron jobs, and proxy services are prohibited.
• Illegal content, abusive material, or harmful activities are not permitted on our infrastructure.

Accounts found violating these policies may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.

Technical Support

Kredox 4X provides technical assistance through official support channels. Response times may vary depending on workload, issue complexity, and support availability.

• Emergency phone support is not guaranteed.
• Support is limited to services directly provided by Kredox 4X.
• Custom development, coding, or third-party software issues may require additional charges.

Backup & Data Responsibility

While Kredox 4X may maintain periodic backups for operational purposes, users remain fully responsible for maintaining secure copies of their own data and files.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or interruption caused by system failures, cyberattacks, or user-side issues.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or unauthorized use of services
• Phishing, hacking attempts, or exploitation tools
• Distribution of malware, spam, or malicious software
• Copyright infringement or stolen digital content
• Fake email systems, mail bombers, or SMS bombers
• Content promoting violence, abuse, or unlawful behavior

Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made to Kredox 4X are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
• Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Refunds will not be provided for service interruptions caused by policy violations.

Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach should be reported immediately.

Limitation of Liability
